Beds came with disappointing pillows, and the shower design led to minor floods unless I kept a close eye on it.

The hotel met standards. I booked a room with an extremely comfy bed, a work desk, multi-channel TV, and a seating area. The staff were very welcoming and pleasant throughout my visit

Perfect experience.

Everything is perfectly fine, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The standard queen room is cheap with WiFi, decent shower. The staff is well organized and really helpful, they ensure you have a good time here. The restaurant serves hot Chinese food.

The location is perfect for exploring the vibrant Altona-Ottensen area. We loved visiting the nearby Reeperbahn and Ottensen district, filled with local shops and eateries. The communal area had a nice selection of books and games, perfect for downtime. Definitely recommend this spot for a great group getaway.

I could mention a couple of positive things about the hotel. It is easy to get to the hotel from the airport. And the room meets you with cute treats and a bottle of sparkling water. Free internet in the room worked quite fine. I've got a non-smoking room as requested.

Disadvantages of the hotel are quite a few. The main things to mention are that the rooms facing the railways are quite noisy, but it should not be a big problem for a visitor from a big city. I can assume that the housekeeping in the hotel is not working perfectly as my room was not vacuumed and i've got a room with two beds, linnen on one of which was not changed! Yuck! I wouldn't want to stay in this hotel again.

I enjoyed the delicious breakfast and found my room tidy every day, though it was a bit small for my liking. I would definitely choose this place again!

A busy area, excellent location close to Germany as well as Altona train station, which provides access to all of Hamburg. So many space and a phone in the room and the extremely comfy bed.

Clean room, comfortable bed, with excellent soundproofing that ensured a peaceful night's sleep after a day exploring nearby attractions, easily accessible via a quick 5-minute walk from the train station.

The staff were genuinely friendly and provided great assistance, while the overall cleanliness of the room was commendable. While there were no coffee or fridge amenities, the hearty breakfast made for a good start to each day.

The hotel was comfortable for it's affordable price. If you're looking for a hotel with minimal ancilliary facilities, this is the perfect hotel. The breakfast selection of German cold cuts, cheeses, dipping sauces, breads and muesli for €9 was a good deal too. The location if perfect because it's situated adjacent to Altona train station, where you can easily take the metropolitan S-line trains to the city centre or board the InterCity Express to another city/state.

There is nothing to dislike about the hotel. However, the hotel doesn't have free Internet access for the business people or the more Internet savvy customers. As for the more health oriented customers like myself, the hotel does not have any fitness facilities and there are no fitness centers nearby. There are also no parks nearby for me to do simple exercises. But, the room is huge enough for body weight exercises. In any case, these are not drawbacks in my opinion because it's a relatively cheap hotel with very basic facilities.

Very good value for money hotel - clean, cousy, good location (near metro), quiet, everything you need and want for the price.

The central is super close to altona train station. The breakfast room was lovely, with a good selection of food. The staff were really friendly and helpful.
